Unfortunately once an order is processed it can not be modified. Please ensure all desired products, billing and shipping details are accurate prior to finalizing your payment.


60 Day Guarantee

If for any reason you are not happy with your first order, you are covered by our 60 Day Guarantee.
A refund will be issued for one unit of any product without having to make any return.
If multiple bottles were issued in that order, these would need to be returned unopened and in the same condition that you received them.

Returns

We have a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: There will be a $4.00 Processing & Restock fee which will be deducted from your final refund.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know which products you would like to return.

  2. Complete the online return form through our ‘Returns Portal’ provided to you by Customer Service in our reply email.

  3. Securely pack the returning items into a box, ensuring that they are adequately protected and will not be broken in transit. Send the box back to the correct address:

Refunds

We will notify you through our returns portal once we’ve received and inspected the package to let you know if the refund was approved.

Once an approved return is acknowledged by our support team, a refund will be issued back onto the payment method used on the order.

When the refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for these funds to process and become available in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@activationproducts.com.

Subscription Policy

Subscription orders come with a minimum 60 day term. After the first 60 days, we require 10 business days’ advance notice to cancel Auto Delivery subscriptions.

This gives our warehouse time to prevent your next order from shipping out. Your adherence to this policy is the best way for Activation Products to offer discounts for Auto Delivery.

Some conditions may apply. Placing a subscription order with Activation Products indicates a legally-binding acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy.

If you have a concern, please speak with a member of our customer support team.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Any product that has been opened should not be included in your return.

Processing and Shipping Time

Activation ships Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. While our team strives to have orders processed within 5 business days, these estimates cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on weather delays, high volume, or order-related issues please expect some delays.

Once your order has been processed a link will be sent to your email where you can view your order status, fulfillment stages, and shipping updates.

As we have partnered up with a third party shipping service, Activation Support does not have the ability to modify any orders once it has been processed. Please ensure the desired products are correct and the shipping information provided is accurate prior to finalizing your order.

Import Fees and Taxes

The courier will require payment of any required import fees before releasing your package.

Customers are also responsible for payment of any applicable import taxes, customs, duty, or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, which will be billed to you directly by your local customs office.

Import Restrictions

Activation Products does not have the ability to intervene with an international package once it has reached customs.

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. You are responsible for making sure that buying nutritional supplements from Canada is allowed in your country.

Should a package be denied entry and returned to the sender, such cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Packages that are abandoned and disposed of as per customs regulations and guidelines, will not be eligible for a refund.
